State Farm Florida Insurance Company authorized HSA Engineers and Scientists of Tampa, Florida to conduct a subsurface exploration and geotechnical distress evaluation on this property. Slow, incipient sink hole activity could not be ruled out as the cause of damage by HSA geologists and engineers. Therefore, a recommendation was made for subsurface pressure grouting with moderate to low slump cement grout for remediation. The project engineer suggests using twenty-two grout pipes around the perimeter of the house and garage utilizing 300-400 cubic yards of grout. The full and complete report is on file and available.
